6 easy steps to receive E-invoice

Establish a dedicated e-mail address for receiving e-invoices (e.g., e-rechnung@yourcompany.de)

Configure your SAP system to automatically retrieve incoming e-mails and extract attached e-invoice files

Implement a validation process to ensure that received e-invoices comply with the EN 16931 standard and are in the XRechnung format

Integrate the validated e-invoices into your SAP system using appropriate tools or middleware that support XRechnung processing
